Deposits & Payments First deposit: £500 (non-refundable), paid on our website by card. This secures your build slot and comes off your final bill. After that, all payments are by bank transfer only. Second deposit: due within 1 week of receiving your itemised invoice (first part payment). If it’s not paid on time, we may have to move other builds ahead of yours, which can affect your lead time. Final balance: due on delivery, or on the final day of your build on site. Bank transfer only.
Lead Times We’ll always do our best to stick to the lead time we agree with you over the phone. Delays from your side (late payments, changing delivery dates, or missing info) can push the build back and may lead to storage costs.
Estimates vs Invoices An estimate is a guide price only. Once the £500 deposit is paid, you’ll receive your itemised invoice. That’s the final sign-off for your design and order—please check it carefully, as this is what we’ll build and deliver.
