Every Step | End-To-End Solutions
-
Choose Your Build | 1
We specialize in fully customizable wood-based creations, from grill houses to hot tubs. Whether you need a single setup for your home or a large-scale retreat for commercial spaces, we’ve got you covered.
-
Design Your Build | 2
Use our design forms to easily customize your build, with images to guide you through each design option. Once you submit your design, we’ll provide an estimated price and build time. Need a hand? Just request a call back.
-
Price Up Your Project | 3
After submitting your design request, we’ll price up your project, tailoring the cost to your design and needs. You’ll see estimates for each element as you go, and once we have your details, we’ll confirm the final cost.
-
Secure Your Spot | 4
Once your design is finalized and priced, we’ll send you a link to secure your spot with a £250 hold. After payment, we’ll give you a detailed build summary and invoice, and then move on to the deposit stage. We prioritize builds based on when the £250 hold is paid, so we can focus on projects that are ready to go.
-
Pay Your Deposit | 5
After paying the £250 hold, we’ll send a detailed build summary and an invoice for the deposit, typically around £5,000. The lead time starts once we receive the deposit. We require no more than 50% of the total invoice upfront, with the rest due upon delivery. Payments are invoiced; we don’t accept credit cards. Contact us for financing options.
-
We Get To Work | 6
Once we receive your deposit, we’ll start your build, order materials, and prepare for build day. You’ll be contacted by your delivery person, who will update you on lead times and ETA and will arrange the delivery with you.
-
Final Payment on Arrival | 7
When we arrive, please settle the remaining balance before we start the build or unload from the trailer. We’ll begin once payment is cleared. Details for offloading or on-site building will be outlined in your initial build summary and invoice, based on your build type and access.
-
Finishing Touches | 8
If you need extra services like staining or painting, we can do those on-site if you book in advance. Pricing depends on the size of the build and the paint style.
-
Aftercare & Matinence | 9
Once your build is complete, we’ll provide all the info you need for long-term care. For questions, we’re just a call or email away. If you need extra work or a site visit, we can arrange it with a call-out fee and discuss any additional costs. You’ll also receive your warranty and aftercare link.
-
Growth & Development | 10
If you want to make changes or add to your build in the future, we’re here for the long run. We can assist with additions and work closely on long-term commercial projects and expansions. Returning customers also benefit from great perks for completing multiple projects with us.

How We Operate
Delivery & Assembly
On-Site Assembly: We custom-make our builds and arrive with all pre-cut parts ready for assembly. We handle the entire build process for you.
Pre-Assembled Builds: In some cases, we can pre-assemble the build and deliver it on a trailer. Adequate access is required for delivery.
Forklift / Crane Requirements: If a forklift, crane or other additional machinery is needed to position the build, this must be arranged by the customer. We can use our ramp off our trailer to place the build in the designated area if access allows.
Delivery Details: These will be pre-agreed based on the build type and outlined in your invoice.
See Us
As a small family business specializing in bespoke builds, we don’t have a showroom. Due to our business model, we build mostly on-site and order materials specifically for each project. We’re developing a flagship location in Wales—check out our latest news.

Consultations
Site Visits: Pre-build site visits are available (call-out fee applies). Request a site visit
Virtual Consultations: Free virtual design consultations are offered - Just request a call back
Lead Time
Bespoke Builds: Lead time is currently 4-6 weeks from the deposit date.
In-Stock Builds: Delivery ranges from 1 day to 1-2 weeks, depending on our schedule. Contact us for the most up-to-date information.
Electrics
We can supply electrical components for our builds, but we do not handle installation or provide quotes for electrical work. These details will be outlined in your invoice. You will need to obtain a quote and arrange installation with a qualified local electrician. We can provide basic information about the electrical components, such as voltage and kW, and offer direct contact details for the manufacturers of these parts to assist your electrician.

Biodiversity In Mind When We Build
Biodiversity awareness in construction means recognizing and minimizing the impact on ecosystems, protecting habitats, using sustainable designs, and preserving local wildlife. It ensures building practices promote environmental health and coexistence with nature.
Off-Grid Eco Systems
We prioritize renewable energy solutions that complement our builds, seamlessly integrating them into our designs for sustainable living.
